A petition for clemency from Naama Issachar: Putin will make the decision after all the formalities

After completion of all formalities, the President of Russia Vladimir Putin will take a decision on pardoning convicted in Russia for smuggling drugs citizen of Israel and the United States Naamah Issachar. This explanation gave the press Secretary of the Russian President, Dmitry Peskov.
