The document suggests several practical steps through 2025. Among its goals is the reduction of differences in the quality of life of people living in different regions and territories of the country and accelerating the pace of development.
In accordance with the document will be identified a few promising centers with potential for economic growth. Plan focuses on human development and on the development of the transport network. Moreover, special attention will be paid to formation and development of the mineral resource centers.
