the Bank of Russia announced the extension of a number of measures introduced in March 2020 during the epidemic of the coronavirus, from July 1 to September 30.
the Regulator extended the opportunity from 1 July to 30 September 2020 for banks to continue to service customers in the event of expiry of the identity document.
In this case the regulator did not renew the service with a Bank card expired.
These measures were introduced for the period of self-isolation, when many Bank offices, and many organizations were closed.
