Banks will pay the Central Bank for operation in the system of quick payments

From 1 January 2020, the CBR begins to charge banks a fee for transactions in the system fast payments (SBP). This was announced by the regulator at the end of 2018.

the Bank does not charge banks a fee for their services in SBP in 2019 within the grace period. Many banks carried out transfers of individuals without a fee.

From 1 January 2020 for various operations, banks will pay the Central Bank from 50 kopecks to 3 rubles. According to the Chairman of the Central Bank Elvira Nabiullina, the Central Bank in January 2020 will consider the possibility of limiting the commissions of banks at SBP, reports “Interfax”.

Plans to introduce from the beginning of the 2020 Commission for consumers using under SBP transfers between accounts of natural persons by a mobile phone, some banks have already announced.
