Before departure from Moscow Jeenbekov spoke with Putin by phone

Kyrgyz President Sooronbai Jeenbekov because of positive tests for coronavirus COVID-19 two members of the Kyrgyz delegation could not attend the Victory parade in Moscow and expressed its regret in this regard in a telephone conversation with Russian President Vladimir Putin.
