Russian President Vladimir Putin submitted to the State Duma a bill to limit the application to the business of article 210 of the criminal code on the organization of criminal community.
Previously, the Supreme court agreed these changes with the presidential administration. Their goal is to reduce the number of attracting it entrepreneurs. According to the Deputy Chairman of the Supreme court Vladimir Davydov, this article impute to entrepreneurs, which allows to circumvent the ban on their arrest, to keep in custody and to seek more severe penalties, according to RIA Novosti.
In accordance with the document, the founders, heads and employees of the company cannot be subject to criminal responsibility under this article only because of the organizational structure.
Earlier, the President during the “Straight line” said that under this article it is possible to sum the Board of Directors of any organization if one of its members involved in violations of the law.
