Earlier the President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko signed a decree introduced the environmental tax on the transit of oil and oil products across the country. From 1 January 2020, the Belarusian oil refineries were not receiving crude oil from Russia due to the lack of agreement on the price of raw materials. At the end of the week it became known about the conclusion of contract to supply oil to Naftan and Mozyr oil refinery from the Russian group “Safmar”. In January members of the “Safmar” company “RussNeft” and Neftisa plan to put to Belarus of 750 thousand tons of oil.
