Health workers infected with coronavirus at work, shall receive a lump-sum insurance payments for a maximum of four days after infection, said the health Ministry of the Russian Federation. It was assured that such payments already made.
As explained in the press service of the Ministry, after the infection of the physician the employer shall immediately create a medical Commission to investigate the circumstances of infection. Her work involved specialists of the Federal insurance service. The work of the Commission should not continue more than a day.
On completion of investigation, the insurers will receive a certificate based on which to prepare the documents for the payment of ill health care provider. Funds must be paid no later than the next day after receipt of the reference to the Federal insurance office.
