according to TASS, the decree was signed by Moscow mayor Sergei Sobyanin. The document States that the payments will be paid for the period from 15 April to 15 July.
On a conference call with the chief doctors of city hospitals of Moscow Sobyanin said that despite the successes in the fight against coronavirus pneumonia, the battle with the infection is in full swing, evidenced by the approximately 16 million of critically ill patients who are in hospitals of the metropolis.
however, he said that in a pandemic it is impossible to endlessly postpone the planned assistance to the population in the treatment of other diseases.
the Mayor stressed that removed financial and other limits to such assistance, and now “the only limitation is the desire of patients themselves, because it’s still a risk”.
Sobyanin expressed confidence that despite the difficult epidemiological situation in the city will be able to establish for Muscovites routine medical care.
