As it became known, according to today’s decree of the head of the Republic Oleg Khorokhordina, restrictions on the operation of tourism facilities is extended till 2 July. To this day the opening was scheduled for 22 June, reports GTRK “Altai”, aired on TV channels “Russia 1” “Russia 24”.

this decision is connected with the increase of cases of coronavirus in the neighboring region — more than 60%, says RIA Novosti. It is reported that over the past day 60 laboratory-confirmed cases. These data provided the “news of Mountain Altai”. And 43 cases from the Kosh-Agach district. There is now imposed a strict quarantine. The total number of infected COVID-19 in the area is 189. Meanwhile, the total number of the population living there — 17,5 thousand inhabitants.
