The squad consists of around 30 players.
“We have to stop this and come up with a strategy. Otherwise we will make the same mistakes next season,” said the 38-year-old Brazilian in a TV interview on Wednesday evening after the second leg. “We had to enlarge the dressing room because it didn’t suit the size of the squad. It’s a difficult time for the club, with a lot of indecisiveness.”
The Londoners were taken over by US entrepreneur Todd Boehly last year. In the course of the great upheaval, Chelsea also parted ways with today’s Bayern coach Thomas Tuchel, who had only led the club to winning the Champions League in 2021.
