Ten of the eleven killed in the fire in the Tomsk region were citizens of Uzbekistan. This was reported in EMERCOM of the Republic. The bodies of the victims are in hospital of the city of Asino of the Tomsk region, reports RIA Novosti.
Earlier, the Consul General of Uzbekistan in Novosibirsk Yusup Mabulgakov told TASS that the identity of the victims is established, the Embassy will support the transportation of bodies home.
a fire in a wooden house in the village Prichulymsky Tomsk region took place on the night of January 21. At the time of arrival of firemen the building was fully engulfed in flames. Collapsed roof, the total area of fire amounted to 208 square meters. Currently the fire has been extinguished.
Only lived in the house 14 people. 11 of them were killed, two managed to escape. They were examined by doctors and released for outpatient treatment. The fate of one person is unknown. On the fire place continues to be on duty ambulance.
All the victims were employees of the company for the production of timber, which belongs to the citizens of China. The company unscheduled check, the Rosselkhoznadzor violations were found. The company confirmed the incident but refused further comments.
At the emergency there has arrived the Governor of the Tomsk region Sergey Zhvachkin, reported “Interfax” head of the information policy Department of Tomsk region administration Alexey Sevostyanov. According to him, the burned building was not intended for human habitation. It was located directly on the territory of the sawmill.
