According to police, unknown persons opened fire on the crowd from your vehicle, Cadillac Square, killing 19-year-old boy. During the protests police in Detroit arrested more than 40 people.
Mass protests started after the death of the detainee police officers in Minneapolis. The man was suspected of using counterfeit bills, which tried to pay for a pack of cigarettes. Police detained him using harsh methods. One of the officers cuffed him and threw him on the ground, pinning the knee to the neck. The detainee shouted that he could not breathe, but the policemen paid no attention to it. Soon the man died in hospital.
Four police officers involved in the arrest, was fired the next day. One of them on Friday was charged with manslaughter. In Minneapolis curfews.
