for three days the ballots of the special communication will go to the election commissions of districts and counties. Secretary of the election Committee of the Ivanovo region Vera Zubova said: “the Ballot papers will be of two types — standard polling stations and areas where you intend to use complex processing of ballots. Such two: in Oktyabrsky and Frunzensky districts of Ivanov”.
