In the US, doctors have confirmed the second case of the disease a new type of coronavirus 2019-nCoV. The sick came from Chinese city of Wuhan in Chicago. Previously, the virus was identified in a resident of Washington, who returned from China before the start of mass checks at airports.
in the USA under the supervision of specialists are 63 people from 22 States, which the doctors suspected the presence of the virus. In 11 of them the disease was not confirmed, reports RIA Novosti with reference to the Centre for immunization and respiratory diseases of the United States.
Outbreak of pneumonia caused by a new type of coronavirus have been registered in China at the end of December 2019. At the moment the number of infected has increased to 896 people, 26 patients died. The city of Wuhan, where the epidemic began, the declared quarantine area: shut down all public transport, closed to traffic, to travel outside the city is possible only by special permission.
However, the virus has spread beyond China. Documented cases of infection in South Korea, Japan, USA, Vietnam, Singapore, Thailand and Nepal. In Russia, cases have not been identified.
