“Today, the court, having considered the petition of the investigating authorities of election of a measure of restraint in respect of a Director of “green WOOD”, where the fire killed twelve employees of the enterprise, chose against detained as a preventive measure detention”, – reports a press-service of the regional Investigative Committee.
Recall, January 21 in the village of asinovskaya Prichulymskaya district the fire occurred, in which 12 people were killed. The investigative Committee opened a criminal case under article “Causing of death on imprudence to two and more persons”. The special MES on Sunday morning, January 26, returned the bodies of ten fire fatalities in Tomsk oblast Uzbek citizens to their homeland. The bodies of the remaining two victims would be sent after the DNA results. The criminal investigation continues, reports GTRK “Tomsk”.
