Schools in the Libyan capital Tripoli today resume, reports the Libya Observer. This became possible thanks to effective cease-fire.
the initiative to stop the fighting in Libya were Russia and Turkey, reminds TV channel “Russia 24”. After that, the Deputy Minister of education of Libya held a meeting to discuss the reopening of schools to suspend classes because of the fighting in Tripoli.
