specialists of the Central election Commission will be brought to the work group for preparation of amendments to the Constitution. This was stated by the co-chair of the group, the head of the Federation Council Committee on constitutional legislation and state construction Andrey Klishas.
According to him, the next meeting which will be held on Thursday, invited the Chairman of the CEC of the Russian Federation Nikolay Bulaev.
in addition, selected permanent place for meetings of the working group. It will be the Public chamber of the Russian Federation.
Also Klishas said that Russia will continue to fulfil all its obligations after the adoption of the amendments on the priority of the Constitution over international treaties. He stressed that our country is not to the exclusion, however, will defend the sovereignty and constitutional identity.
According to him, the working group on amendments to the Constitution comes from the President’s position that rule and have Supreme legal force of the Constitution must be ensured in the entire territory of Russia.
