“I gathered enough evidence of his innocence. So I talked to him, I urged him — the blame is always to recognize in time”, — said the lawyer of the actor Mikhail Yefremov Elman Pashayev in an interview with TV channel “Russia 24”.
Pashayev stressed that Mikhail Efremov was drunk at the time of the accident at Smolensk square in Moscow opposite to the house №3. Actor threatens from 5 till 12 years of imprisonment in a colony. Also, the actor is a witness in the case of the sale of drugs.
Mikhail Efremov is under house arrest. Previously, he said that his guilt in the accident admits, is ready to provide assistance to the family of the deceased.
