Linguist convincingly refuted the error on the ballot

Margarita Rusetskaya told RIA Novosti that in the sentence “do You approve the amendments to the Constitution of the Russian Federation?” are all spelled correctly, but used a shortened design. Missed one word “insertion” before the preposition “in”.

According to him, in natural speech, people often use designs of such a plan, as it facilitates understanding and speeds up the exchange of information. Rusetskaya believes that this simplification is not critical from the point of view of linguistics. She suggested to focus on the meaning of the phrase, “If it is transparent, then nothing to worry about”.
