Medina and Oreshkin became assistant to the President

Vladimir Medinsky appointed assistant to the President of Russia. The corresponding decree signed by Vladimir Putin, published on the official portal of legal information. Medina previously served as Minister of culture.

Earlier, Medina said he would recall with fondness the work of the Ministry. According to him, over the years teams in the country in three-fold increase in the revenues of the Federal museums in two and a half times the income of theatres, and in two and a half times the fees of Russian cinema. The post of Minister of culture went to Olga Lyubimova.

Another aide to the President was the former head of the Ministry Maxim Oreshkin. His Minister was replaced by Maksim Reshetnikov.
