Perm Krai ready for the transition to the second phase of the lifting of restrictions. This was stated by the Minister of health Oksana Melehova. On behalf of the Governor of the region prepared a letter to the CPS with the proposal to change to Kama ratio of introduction of the second stage restrictions. As explained in the regional Ministry of health, to date, the incidence rate in the region is equal 131,4 per 100 thousand population, while in Russia on average it is kept at 403,6. This is 3.2 times lower than nationwide figures, and 1.8 times lower than for PFO. The Minister believes that the region has all the prerequisites for the transition to the next stage of the withdrawal restrictions.
Recall that in the second phase of lifting of quarantine beginning to work stores, shops with an area of not more than 800 square meters with a separate entrance. At the same time people must be in the trade hall at the rate of 1 person in 4 square meters.
