Mishustin canceled more than 450 Soviet acts

more than 450 of the acts of the Soviet government agencies invalidated under the “regulatory guillotine”, the press service of the government.

Canceled 450 of the acts issued by state bodies of RSFSR and the USSR, as well as their individual positions: they will lose their power in 2020 and 2021. This decree was signed by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.

These documents taken from 1946 to 1991 and are outdated. Among them the rules of the repair of refrigerators and the manufacture of tin cans, the norm shrinkage of the meat and the natural decline of sausages during the storage process, the qualification requirements for divers and guards. Cancelled the order on the registration of small vessels, published in 1995 by the Ministry of environment protection and natural resources of Russia.

Revision of outdated regulations will help to systematize the Russian legislation. This work is part of a set of measures in the framework of the “regulatory guillotine”. This package provides for the abolition from 1 January 2021 all the unreasonable and outdated regulatory requirements to reduce the burden on business and improve the business climate.

In January 2020, the government has canceled more than 1.2 thousands of outdated regulations in February 2020, more than 3.6 thousand acts of Union.
