the resolution noted that the free hot meals for elementary school students, the regions will be directed almost 22 billion rubles. Local authorities will be able to provide students with additional meals at their own expense.
the Initiative for free meals was proposed by Russian President Vladimir Putin. Previously such a possibility in the majority of subjects were available only for beneficiaries. Now free food will be provided for all students from first to fourth grade, regardless of social status.
