MPs and senators have drafted three principles for remote work

the Chairman of the state Duma Vyacheslav Volodin, the speaker of the Federation Council Valentina Matvienko, as well as a group of MPs and senators submitted to the lower house of the Parliament a bill on the regulation of remote work, reports RIA Novosti.

As stated in the explanatory note to the draft, the purpose of the amendments to the labour code is to increase the flexibility of employment and the application of information technology in labour relations.

the Document proposes to introduce three key concepts: first, the remote operation and the second — time remote work, third concept — combined with remote working.

the Project proposes a waiver of the requirement to sign an employment contract on remote work with the use of qualified electronic digital signature (EDS).
