Mr Medvedev and Mr Rumas discussed energy and other issues

the Prime Minister of Russia Dmitry Medvedev and the Prime Minister of Belarus Sergei Rumas on Saturday in a telephone conversation have discussed cooperation between the two countries, including the touching and the energy sector.

At the end of the conversation the heads of government congratulated each other happy New year and the approaching Christmas, writes TASS.

on Thursday, the concern “Belneftekhim” reported that due to the lack of signed contracts for the supply of oil from Russia, the Belarusian refineries operate in the technological minimum load. The supply of raw materials from Russian companies ceased on 1 January. December stocks of oil companies, “Belneftekhim” will suffice approximately on 20 January.

Later in the company said that Belarus temporarily suspended the export of manufactured at its refineries of petroleum products.
