the Municipality of the Italian city of Pacentro denied honorary citizenship of the state Secretary of the White house Mike Pompeo, relatives who emigrated to the United States. The decision city Council made in November, but earlier this was not reported.
Mike Pompeo visited Pacentro, a city with a small population in October 2019. Thus the Secretary of state wanted to complete the trip to Italy. The mayor explained that the honorary citizenship for Pompeo is not on the agenda because the city Council has already rejected the proposal, according to ANSA.
Earlier in an attack near the airport in Baghdad killed the commander of the special forces, “al-Quds” Soleimani. Tehran, in turn, promised to Washington hard to answer that.
