Russia is negotiating with other countries on the issue of open borders, but until specific decisions have been made, said press Secretary of the President of Russia Dmitry Peskov.
He noted that the situation on the border between Russia and several CIS States, where due to restrictive measures in connection with the coronavirus is a large number of foreigners difficult, but the Russian side is doing everything possible to coordinate their actions with partners from these countries, reports RIA Novosti.
