Pompeo will meet with Johnson, Zelensky, Lukashenko, by Tokayev and Mirzieev

U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo from January 29 to February 4 will visit several countries and will hold meetings with the heads of these States. The number of visits UK, Belarus, Ukraine, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan.

Before that, on January 29, Pompeo will meet with Prime Minister Boris Johnson and Minister of foreign Affairs Dominique Raab. During the meetings discuss policy the special relationship of the States to the UK after its exit from the EU.

30 Jan Pompeo arrives in Kiev. There he is scheduled to meet with Vladimir Zelensky, the Minister of foreign Affairs Vadym Prystayko, and defense Minister Andrei Zagorodnya. The conversation will be dedicated to the territorial integrity of Ukraine, as well as the support that the U.S. is ready to provide the country, reports RIA Novosti, citing the press service of the Department of state.

February 1, Mike Pompeo will visit Minsk. There he will meet with Alexander Lukashenko, in which they will discuss the commitment of the States sovereign, independent and prosperous Belarus, as well as confirm a desire for the normalization of bilateral relations.

After the Belarusian capital Pompeo arrives at the Nur-Sultan, where they will meet Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, Kazakhstani President Nursultan Nazarbayev and foreign Minister Mukhtar Tleuberdi. The conversation will be dedicated to a shared commitment to peace, prosperity and security in Central Asia.

Then American politician will visit Tashkent to meet with President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirzieev and foreign Minister Kamilov Abdulalim. At the meeting they will discuss the Uzbek reform, sovereignty, independence and territorial integrity of the country.

Previously Mike Pompeo said that the USA consider possibility of introduction of sanctions against Russia for its support to the Venezuelan authorities.
