Putin expressed his condolences to Rouhani and reported willingness to come

Russian President Vladimir Putin expressed condolences to President of Iran. “I want to Express to the President of Iran condolences for the tragic accident”, — said the head of state during a video conference with the presidents of Iran and Turkey, Hassan Rouhani, and Recep Tayyip Erdogan.

Earlier it was reported about the blast in a clinic in the North of Tehran. The tragedy claimed the lives of 19 people, 24 more got wounds of varying severity. According to one version, the explosion associated with a gas leak and fire that triggered the explosion of oxygen tanks.

Putin confirmed his readiness to come to Tehran “as soon as the time is right for that.”
