Russian President Vladimir Putin gave instructions to deal with the situation surrounding the arrest of ex-head of the leasing company “TransFin-M” Dmitry Zotov, said press Secretary of the President Dmitry Peskov.
According to the decision of Khoroshevsky court of Moscow on 11 June Zotov was arrested. He was arrested in several criminal cases related to embezzlement of company cars in the amount of 3 billion rubles and forgery of documentation, reports RIA Novosti.
Peskov said that as a result of the work of the business Ombudsman Boris Titov, an agreement was reached on the return Zotova in Russia.
“Indeed, he is now arrested, and, indeed, is the order of the President to deal with this situation,” concluded Sands.
In November 2018, the Board of Directors of the leading companies on the leasing market of the Russian Federation “TransFin-M” made a decision on early termination of powers of General Director and Chairman of the Board Zotov.
