Rakov: 20% of people have immunity to the coronavirus

Population-based immunity to COVID-19 revealed almost 20% of the tested residents.

According to the third phase of population studies, which took place from 5 to 18 June with the participation of more than 90 thousand Muscovites, the immunity of citizens to coronavirus to date amounted to almost 20 percent. This was reported by Deputy Moscow mayor for social development Anastasia Rakova.

She noted that a month earlier, antibodies were detected in 7% of the surveyed Muscovites, reports “Interfax”.

“Increase the quantitative values of antibodies, primarily IgG, indicating that antibodies are formed. In addition, a growing number of those showing very high antibodies G, they usually — more than 50%,” said Rakova.

According to her, in Moscow, conducted more than 3.5 million PCR tests and about a million studies CLIA diagnostics.
