Rospotrebnadzor called conditions of open borders

the Russian tourists go abroad when the risk of Contracting COVID-19 will be minimal. About this stated the head of Rospotrebnadzor Anna Popova in an interview Naila Asker-zade on the channel “Russia 24”.

“When the risk of spreading disease will not be here then we can open the borders and international flights start,” said Popov.

According to her, to open international flights will have “very carefully” and “very gradually”. This approach is used in Europe, added the Minister.

Meanwhile, in Russia the incidence of coronavirus is markedly reduced. According to Popova, particularly improvement of the epidemiological situation significantly in the Metropolitan area.

“Today the overwhelming part of cases in daily registration is the people in the regions of the Russian Federation. Very rapidly declining situation in Moscow 4 times, and today is probably 5 times lower daily recording than they were two weeks ago”, – said Popov.

And yet, according to her, “do not relax and say, now is all.”

“No. Not all” – said the head of Rospotrebnadzor. Now, she said, in 13 regions, the situation raises concerns.

“I hope that in a few days we can talk about the fact that we have such regions where there is a tendency to high levels and there is no downward trend, will be very little or absolutely will not” – said Popov.

Earlier, the head of Rospotrebnadzor said that the risk of the return of the coronavirus in Russia in the second wave of the epidemic remains. Probably the flash COVID-19 will occur in the fall. At least, according to Popova, the authorities are preparing for such developments.
