Iranian President Hassan Rouhani said that Iran is ready for talks with USA on the nuclear deal. However, it is necessary to return to the initial point in SVPD (a joint comprehensive plan of action regarding Iran’s nuclear program).
In a speech Rouhani, which was broadcast by local television, spoke of “the wrong path”, to which the United States came when “organized a new conspiracy” against the Islamic Republic. Also, the Iranian leader reiterated that “surrender to Iran” will not.

Iran immediately announced the phased reduction of their obligations under the agreement.
Earlier, Russian foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov noted that AGREEMENT is under threat of collapse because of “the destructive policy pursued by Washington.”
