Russia has blocked the service used to about of mining

Roskomnadzor at the request of the Prosecutor General’s office has restricted access in Russia to Netherlands online service mail Startmail.com. About it reports “Interfax” with reference to the Center of public relations of FSB.

Since the end of November 2019 with addresses on Startmail, which allows to produce the newsletter with dummy drawers, protecting the anonymity of the sender received over a thousand reports of mining in different cities of Russia. None of them confirmed.

According to the FSB, the text messages were mentioned more than 16 thousand alleged bomb of social infrastructure, including schools, kindergartens, hospitals, transportation facilities, shopping centers, etc.

In Roskomnadzor said that the representatives Startmail.com not provided on request of the Russian side information about the people that administer relevant mailboxes. However, the Department believes the owners of the resource good citizens, not related to “the malicious actions of extremists.”

Despite the efforts of Russian Telecom regulator, the website Startmail.com available using basic methods of bypass of locks. “We understand that implementation of restrictions to access to this mail resource will not completely cover the channels of dissemination of such information by hackers, but we believe that the measures should impede the implementation of such actions in the future and significantly reduce their scale,” said Roskomnadzor.

As reported “Interfax” citing a source today because of reports about mining in Moscow was inspected on four stations – Leningrad, Yaroslavl, Kazan and Kursk. And in St. Petersburg had to be evacuated district courts – Petrodvorets, Krasnogvardeisky, vasileostrovskogo, Sestroretsk, Dzerzhinsky, Lenin and the October.
