Russia require the ECHR to ensure the safety of a valuable witness in the case of the downed

In Russia expect from the European court of human rights answer the question of interim measures against Vladimir Tzemach, said lawyer Anatoly Kucherena. In the Netherlands Tzemach considered a valuable witness in the case of the Boeing 777-200ER Malaysia Airlines, shot down over the Donbas in 2014.

In 2014, Vladimir tzemach was in Donbass, served on the side of the self-proclaimed Donetsk Republic. In Amsterdam think that it can shed light on the tragedy with the passenger liner.

In June 2019 Tzemach was abducted on the territory of the DNI and taken to Ukraine. In early September he, along with journalist Cyril Wyszynski was freed in an exchange between Moscow and Kiev.

As told to TV channel “Russia 24” Anatoly Kucherena, in November, at the request of Vladimir Tzemach sent to the Strasbourg court the complaint and the application for interim measures.

“as regards interim measures, we believe that they should be introduced immediately because the person is in danger. Previous actions that were committed against him, was frightening, they were shocking. To inject some injections, to turn a man into a vegetable and move it somewhere, of course, for any man to fear. Therefore, it is very important that these interim measures as quickly as possible were accepted,” — said Anatoly Kucherena.

the Lawyer expressed the hope that the Strasbourg court will receive from Ukraine and the Netherlands explanations for the facts outlined in the statement of the Tzemach.

Earlier, the tzemach told the journalists that after the kidnapping by Ukrainian secret services, he was repeatedly subjected to torture.

Boeing 777-200ER Malaysia Airlines flying from Amsterdam to Kuala Lumpur was shot down over Eastern Ukraine on 17 July 2014. In the crash killed all on Board were 298 people: 283 passengers and 15 crew members.
