Distributed DoS attack on the site Конституция2020.Russia recorded today, June 28, in the morning. This was reported in my telegram channel of the CEC of Russia.
According to the Commission, attacks on the site dedicated to the all-Russian vote on the issue of approval of amendments to the Constitution of the Russian Federation, presumably coming from the UK and Singapore. Around the same time on June 26 reported a similar DDos attack on the website of the CEC. According to the Deputy Chairman of the CEC of Nikolay bulaeva, then there was about 240 thousand requests to the CEC website in a second.
But serious attacks on the website for online voting on amendments to the Constitution have not yet been told earlier, the head of the Public headquarters for the monitoring and surveillance of the national vote Ilya massukh.
the vote on the amendments to the Constitution began across the country on June 25. Primary election day — July 1. Residents of Moscow and Nizhny Novgorod region can vote online.
