As the press service of the Governor, and resumed the sale of tickets for high speed train “Strizh” on the route Nizhny Novgorod – Moscow. As noted by the Governor of Nizhny Novgorod region Gleb Nikitin, ticket sales were temporarily suspended in connection with the adjustment of schedules. The sale of tickets for “Swallow” is scheduled to open after 17 January 2020, reports GTRK “Nizhny Novgorod”.
“high-speed railway communication has occupied an important place in the lives of thousands of residents of Nizhny Novgorod and Muscovites. It is now impossible to imagine the region without those trains, so as soon as I got signals about the missing tickets, immediately contacted the leadership of the Russian Railways, to clarify the situation”, — said the head of the region.
“For us, the great value has development of tourism and business activity, it is therefore necessary not only to maintain the volume of traffic, but also to explore new opportunities to improve transport accessibility”, — said Gleb Nikitin.
