the audit office conducted a review of compliance of OOO “StG-East” of labour legislation. In the end it turned out that the company did not pay wages of more than 1.7 thousand employees.
At the moment the debt is fully repaid. On the given fact criminal case under article 5.27 of the administrative code “Violation of the legislation on work and about labour protection by the official”. The perpetrators will be brought to administrative responsibility. The penalty will be 30 to 50 thousand rubles.
