In Russia it was decided to develop sanitary aviation. This requires the creation in the regions aviation infrastructure. Offers on creation of such infrastructure is now being discussed by the expert groups, 3 Federal agencies — the Ministry of transport, Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of health.
according to GTRK “Kaluga”, the development of sanitary aviation included in the project “Safe and quality road””. Reducing deaths on the roads and highways is among the basic indicators of the national program. The decision was taken at a meeting of the government Commission in December 2019.
According to preliminary calculations, for equipment of medical institutions in the country’s aviation infrastructure will require about 3 billion rubles. The money can build 670 helipads. Medical helicopters are necessary for rapid evacuation of victims in road accidents.
