According to Andreeva, international experience has shown that there are four phases of infection. The first is where there is no registration of the virus in the country, while isolated cases of registration, on large-scale importations and the spread of infection. “To the fourth phase, we have not reached and will not reach, because today the situation is completely under control,” — said Andreev.

Deputy mayor Anastasia Rakova said that the amount recovered from the coronavirus in Moscow continues to grow rapidly: during the last day cured yet 5839 people, and the total number recovered has increased to 67 458. In all, the city recorded more than 171 thousand cases of infection.
