the Initial contribution by the far Eastern mortgage can be reduced to 15 percent for recipients of free acres. The initiative was organized by the Ministry of the Russian Federation on development of the Far East and the Arctic.
As explained in the Department, recipients of free acres will have the possibility of early registration of ownership of land, the existence of a contract for the construction on the given land. It should be noted that the acres will go to offset when obtaining a mortgage at the preferential price.
the head of the Ministry Alexander Kozlov considers that thus wishing to fixate on these lands will become easier. In addition, said STRC “Amur”, aired on the channel “Russia 24”, the new initiative will allow to increase the total pledge amount and credit mass.
