“This is a destructive phenomenon, without any doubt. Well, imagine, for example, African Americans should be treated only African-American doctors. In our multinational country, I don’t know, Mari should be treated only Mari or Russian only Russian, and Tatars only Tatars, Dagestanis only Dagestanis,” he cited the example of the head of state, adding that no accident “took the chain.”
