Russian President Vladimir Putin is working on the message to the Federal Assembly. He told this in an interview TASS. The President is scheduled for January 15, 2020.
Putin declined to give details, but said that significant attention will be paid to overcome stagnation in the sphere of incomes.
“I am very concerned that there was a stagnation in the real incomes of the population”, – said the President.
According to Putin, Russia should decrease the number of citizens living on the minimum wage.
In his address to the Federal Assembly, the President formulates the main directions of development of the country and puts the appropriate tasks to the government and Parliament.
