At the moment it is established that retaining wall was not included in the registry of municipal property. It is also known that in 2019 the Department of roads and improvement produced her inspection. The documents required for registration of the object in municipal property, were transferred to the administration of Vladivostok.
As explained in the regional Prosecutor’s office, in the part of the inspection of experts will have to evaluate the timeliness of on the retaining wall repair works, the processing time of the object in municipal property, as well as to understand the causes of the incident. Upon completion of the examination will be taken the appropriate measures.
