the city Prosecutor’s office of Moscow has updated the charges of Mikhail Efremov. At the time of accident the actor in conjunction with alcohol, was also drugged. This was reported on the website of the Metropolitan Department.
the Prosecutor noted that the criminal case on the fact of road accident in Smolensk square is under special control. If earlier we said that Yefremov had committed an accident in a drunken state, but now the charge has increased and the drugs.

the Tragic accident occurred on June 8 near Smolensk square. Mikhail Efremov has left on an oncoming lane and crashed into a van Lada, at the wheel which was the courier. The injured man suffered serious injuries in result of which died in hospital.
Mikhail Efremov yet sent under house arrest for two months. He faces a prison sentence of up to 12 years.
