Recall that the accused was on a post of the Governor of the region for construction in 2014. In 2015, through an intermediary he received a bribe of 10 million rubles from the representative of the company “Kapital-Stroy” for help in making mayor Vladimir resolution on the preparation of the project planning area on the street Pochaev, as well as approval of the results of public hearings for construction work in the area of multi-storey buildings.
in addition, in 2015 the Tails personally received from an employee of the same company a bribe in the form of two smartphones, worth about 100 thousand rubles for assistance in removing the head of the state Inspectorate in the region of the ban on construction work conducted by OOO “Stroy-invest”, as well as the acceleration of progress in the investigation into the collapse of the stairs in a multistory building. His guilt in the crime Dmitry Khvostov is still not recognized.
