Present at the voting as an observer member of the European Parliament hélène Laporte noted the high level of organization, including from the sanitary point of view. At a briefing in the Public chamber of the Russian Federation Laporte called the extended period of voting on amendments favourable in the current environment. “I am shocked and surprised,” concluded Laporte.
