Two other representatives of Russia Alexander Shulginov and Paul Sitnikov was eliminated from the competition in the semi-finals. Women on the same distance our athletes did not get among the finalists: experienced Sophia Prosvirnov, Yevhen Zakharov and Ekaterina Efremenkova was eliminated at the 1/4 final stage. The victory was celebrated by Dutch Suzanne Schulting.
