“To issue concessional loans with interest rate up to 3% on the purchase of real estate in rural areas will be allocated 2 billion rubles”, — stated in the message. In 2020, the Federal budget was previously provided 1 billion rubles for subsidized rural mortgage.
In the end, the program will provide comfortable housing to more than 45 thousand families. The subsidized rate will allow banks to increase preferential mortgage loans to rural residents to 120 billion rubles, the purchase of four million square meters of housing.
In the framework of the project “rural mortgage” banks have already issued loans worth 28 billion rubles for the improvement of living conditions of more than 10 thousand families, or financing the purchase of one million square meters of housing.
the Ministry of agriculture will increase the number of authorized banks to participate in the rural preferential program of mortgage. earlier in the list of authorised banks are Rosselkhozbank, Sberbank, “the Center-invest”, commercial Bank “Levoberezhny”, “AK bars” and “far Eastern Bank”. The greatest demand for rural mortgage recorded in Leningrad and Novosibirsk oblasts, Bashkortostan, Tatarstan and Udmurtia.
